Today I will show you how to create a Photoshop design temperature meter logo icon in Photoshop.
[1] Take a new file of 250 pixels, 500 pixels, of resolution 72 dpi in the RGB mode.
[2] Now create a new shape with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool,
fill that layer with #e9e8f8.
[3] Create the following selection with the help of Rounded Rectangle Tool.
[4] Take the Rectangular Marquee tool select Subtract from selection.
[5] Now create a selection over the previous selection your selection,
something like this, open a new layer fill the selection with #d6d6e2.
[6] Take the “Dodge Tool” 
with the help of Dodge Tool.
[7] Create a new shape with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool,
open a new layer fill the selection with #c7ced8.
[8] Take the “Dodge Tool” 
with the help of Dodge Tool.
[9] Now create a new shape with the help of Rectangular Marquee Tool,
open a new layer fill the selection with #407944.
[10] With the “Dodge Tool” 
with the help of Dodge Tool.
[11] Create a new shape with the help of Ellitical Marquee Tool,
fill that layer with #6bff71.
[12] With the “Burn Tool” 
the help of Burn Tool.
[13] Create a new shape with the help of Elliptical Marquee Tool,
open a new layer fill the selection with #9d9aa1.
[14] Take the Brush Tool apply these settings.
[15] Open a new layer now play with your brush tool.
[16] Take the Brush Tool again now set the properties like this.
[17] Open a new layer now draw a line like me.
[18] Now set the Brush size by 1px.
[19] Make a new layer draw another line like me.
[20] Duplicate a few times and place it like me.
