Quoc Pham Derby

Quoc Pham has these white crepe souled Derby shoes available made to order in sizes 42-47. Could these be the ultimate in cycling-chic dandyism? I think so. Curse my size 38's....







I saw Quoc Pham at the Cycle Show in August and was blown away with the quality of his footwear. Using high quality leathers he has encapsulated the bespoke shoe look perfectly and tweaked it for around-town riding. Now, lets see a ladies fixed shoe please!

Elcyclista Armwarmers

Elcyclista is not only an awesome site with marvelous photograph essays and lovely prose, but Conor has also designed a gorgeous stylish kit, by Capo. I scooped a pair of the armwarmers for the UK's ever-changeable weather system, and found them to be an essential wardrobe addition. They are your usual armwarmer affair, with a soft brushed lining and gel gripper atop of the arm. One thing i loved about them is the lovely little touch at the cuff... 'On your right' and 'On your left' adorn the pink detailing. Excellent stuff!

"Vintage Slinky Homemade Unworn Snakeskin Kaftan Dress Top. Most probably suitable for sizes 8-12 so check out the measurements I have listed below. This is in 'as new' unworn condition. Colours of yellow, shades of brown,a hint of a black outline,in a snakeskin pattern. It has a golden shimmer on the fabric when it catches the light. The neckline is narrow but it does have a hook and eye at the back with a loop hole underneath that can be left undone. The material is a slinky nylon type of material. Length: 140cm from top of shoulder near neckline to hemline. Width across whole width of fabric: 89cm (or 178cm around). Width across from side seam stitching to side seam stitching, from under armpit to under armpit: 60cm. The width across, from side seam to side seam, of the kaftan from waistline down to hemline: 58cm. The side seam stitching can be unpicked and changed to suit as the width is 89cm."

It's Homemade because I made it myself, New because it has never been worn, and Vintage because it's so bloody ugly that I haven't managed to pass it off to somebody else at any point in the last 40 years.
