If would appear that Mel Gibson's no contest plea to battery did not satiate Oksana Grigorieva's unrequited thirst for CA$H justice even a little bit.

Lawyers for Mel's baby mama are going after Gibson in their ongoing custody fight / family law case, asking for a hearing on whether Mel hit her.

Specifically, Oksana Grigorieva wants the court to ...



• An order awarding Oksana sole custody of their daughter, Lucia, 1.
• An order forcing a shrink to determine Mel's mental state (seriously).
• A hearing to determine if Mel hit Oksana (a no contest plea isn't an admission of guilt, and he has denied the allegations of domestic abuse).
Oksana's team believes that Judge Scott Gordon may have been influenced by Mel's assertions that Oksana committed extortion with the infamous tapes.

That case has been dropped. Whether it results in an instant upgrade in custody status for her is another story, but this is destined to get even uglier.
