Mumbai, June 22 -- Seems like Dedh Ishqiya, the much-hyped sequel to the 2010 hit is getting bigger. After Madhuri Dixit-Nene, now Kangna Ranaut too is expected to be part of the film, says the film's lead actor Arshad Warsi.

While Naseeruddin Shah and Arshad will reprise their roles, Arshad concedes that he isn't happy about 'friend' Vidya Balan not being a part of the sequel. But apparently, Dedh Ishqiya's script doesn't require her. According to director Abhishek Chaubey, he is still finalising the script. "It's too early to talk about the film and casting. Let's wait and watch," says Abhishek. The film is, in all likelihood, going on floors by November.

Mumbai, June 22 -- Ah Mots is back but instead of my calorie-less juice she's come with a platter of calorie-rich jalebis. Mad or what this maid of mine? When I frown darkly at her she dimples, "I'm Jalebi Bai." Huh???

Turns out that she means Mallika Sherawat in her item girl avatar from Double Dhamaal. Madam M has turned from a heroine to a halwai and has been dishing out jalebis by the dozen. And when Mots went sniffing around, she handed her a platter too, urging her to sample the sweets because this was the first time she had made any.

What's more, Mottu rambles, Ms M has fed them to her producer Ashok Thakera, producer-director Indra Kumar, her co-stars, in short the entire unit of DD's comedy show. And they looooooooved it too! Yeah sure, but I'm not having even one Mottu. And if you continue being a Jalebi Bai it'll be bye bye for you my dear. Bhaagi MK... Meena Kumari!!!

He has promised me that if it comes through, he will immortalise me in wax at Madam Taussaund's so I can keep Kareena Kapoor company.

Bebo, as you all must know by now, is the next Bollywood star who will have her look-alike unveiled at the Tussaunds' museum in Blackpool around September-October. And ever since the news was made public, speculation has been rife about what this Bebo will look like.

Well, at the moment our lady is wearing a Geet-like look from Jab We Met in her under-production film, Bodyguard. The salwar-kurta kudi, the unit claims, is quite an eye-catcher. But I'm told that there is a section of her fans who still prefer the size zero Tashani to this desi girl and would like to see 'less' of her in wax than more. Hmmmmm, now it's for my chahiti Bebo to decide. I'm just gonna weight and watch for the developments. Hey, that's my kaliberry trilling! Hope it is Vijju with some mom (wax) news!

By Hindustan Times -- Seems like Ranbir Kapoor is on an image cleansing mission! After being linked incessantly to almost all his co-stars, Ranbir is looking to restore his tarnished image. The Kapoor lad was seen keeping a safe distance from his Barfee co-star Ileana D'Cruz so much so that the actor withdraws to his corner after every shot.

A source told Mid-Day, "Ranbir doesn't want to be seen in public with his new co-star Ileana. He knows the rumours about them are waiting to start."

Ranbir, who has been linked to Sonam Kapoor, Nargis Fakhri and Angela Jonsson, tried his best to stop the tongues from wagging about Ileana. Buzz is that the actor made polite conversations with her but did not sit and talk to her at length.

"It really troubles him that he has been linked with his every co-star. The reputation of a Casanova no longer amuses RK," the source added.

"The only leading lady Ranbir has not been linked with is Konkona Sen and that's because when they worked together she was involved with Ranvir Shorey" said the source. Sadly for Ranbir, the lady is very much single.

While some say that this is Ranbir's effort to get rid of his Casanova image, others claim that he is keeping away because Ileana's mother always accompanies the actress to the shoots.

Mumbai, June 3 -- Southern actress Asin Thottumkal describes Bollywood star Aamir Khan as an actor who believes in preparing for his scenes before facing the camera while she calls her "Ready" co-star Salman Khan as spontaneous.

"Salman is spontaneous. You have to be very alert while the camera is running because you don't know what he will come up with and what you will have to do as an appropriate thing. There is not much of a discussion before the shot. So you have to be ready with whatever he throws at you during the shot," Asin told Media.

"Whereas Aamir is somebody who will sit with you and the director before the camera starts rolling. He discusses with you various ways of doing it (scenes) and finally decides on one. So here you are sure of what is going to happen in front of the camera," added the 25-year-old.

Salman is known as much for his notoriety in the Hindi film industry as his films, but Asin says she has not seen that side of him and that they gel well.

"I have never personally experienced anything wrong with Salman. Whatever I've come across is that he is somebody who is really pure from his heart, so whatever emotions come out, it's just that," said Asin who has now worked with Salman in two films - "London Dreams" and forthcoming release "Ready".

"He is direct and straight. He doesn't put on a face for different groups of people. When he is angry, he'll show that and when he is not, he'll show that too. So basically, I have not seen that very notorious side of Salman that the media keeps talking about," she added.

Talking about "Ready", which is releasing June 3, Asin said: "We started working on 'Ready' right after 'London Dreams'; so it's like back-to-back movies with Salman. The interaction I had with him during 'London Dreams' kind of helped me to have a comfortable relationship in 'Ready' because a rapport was already created."

"I think even he is quite comfortable working with me because somewhere I get his sense of humour. He has a very straight-faced sense of humour, so we pretty much gel well with each other on the sets," she added.

The camaraderie between Asin and Salman has been so strong that many started seeing them as a couple. However, the actress denies any romantic relationship with her co-star.

"Everyone knows that the rumours had no truth in them. These rumours started during 'London Dreams'. However, I want to maintain that I am quite single and not in a relationship and that's why I think rumours like these get accentuated more," explained the actress, who made her Bollywood debut opposite Aamir Khan in superhit film "Ghajini".

Finally, when asked how difficult it is for her to get noticed while appearing with a star like Salman in the same frame, the actress answered, "That's not in the hands of the actress.

"That would be in the hands of the scriptwriter or the director. We wouldn't have much of a say in it. You just do the part that has been given to you to the best of your ability and that's all. You don't really worry about a superstar like Salman, who obviously deserves the kind of adoration or space that he gets because he is who he is.

"You can't look up to that and say that I want to compete with him and nudge him and push him aside and show my face. I'm quite happy to be a part of this big project," said Asin.
